Wedding Planner/Event Planner

Wonderland Uluwatu, seeking a candidate for WEDDING PLANNER/EVENT PLANNER

Responsibilities:

● Deliver comprehensive event plans, details, timelines, lists, and all else required during event pre-production.

● Ability to think outside of the box for solutions on the spot or in the planning phases.

● Preparation of event proposals, designs, layouts and other documents.

● Work closely with team members to assist on needs for multiple projects as they come 

● General administrative tasks when needed.

Required Skills + Experience:

● 5+ years’ experience Event Planning, the more experience the better.

● Project management experience

● Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesian and other language is a plus

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Email Etiquette & computer proficiency.

● Working knowledge in online collaboration tools, basic software, and event platforms

● Full/Flexible Availability.

Applicants from outside Bali/Indonesia are welcome to apply but transportation and accommodation for interviews conducted in Bali at your own cost.
