ASSISTANT WHOLESALE & E-COMMERCE MANAGER
Job & Responsibilities:
- Leading the e-commerce business both in Marketplace and Website, giving directions and controlling 360 work process flow of our Enabler partner to operate according to regulations and company expectations.
- Analyzing the e-commerce performance by controlling M-Plan, learning from the historical data to avoid mistakes and make sure to improve better.
- Maintaining the Inventory Level, securing net profit Margin and searching for any potential area to grow the business
- Buying Process: Analyze historical sales as input to invest the budget based on the right SOB, Select products, input orders, compile orders, order submission to SAPAC
- Preparing presentation deck and conducting WS Online Tradeshow per Key Account Channel Segmentation.
- Helping to calculate the new store feasibility for Retail expansion. Drafting on the ppt deck for every new store proposal and report. Documenting while visiting new potential locations. Maintaining and updating files of Store detail information list, Expansion Plan template timeline
Requirements:
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree, Preferably in Fashion Merchandising/Accounting/Management
- At least 3 year of working experience in the related field
- Has strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel & MS. PowerPoint
- Good personality and communication.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
