Job description:
- Develop and execute a business strategy to maximize online B2C sales and drive revenue growth on E-commerce platforms.
- Build strong relations with platform representatives, negotiate favorable terms and conditions, and secure strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operation, to ensure the best customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, key metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in the Ecommerce sector to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Capable of reporting and monitoring dashboards, and responding to ad-hoc data needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree's in Marketing or relevant field
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the E-Commerce Key Account Manager is required for this position, E- Retail strongly preferred
- Understand trade marketing, promotion, trading terms the modern market processes, especially FMCG companies, both in modern trade independent and national channels.
