Uraian Tugas
- Familiar with project (managing villa, apartement etc).
- Have sufficient ability in the field of Civil Engineering (especially the work of building infrastructure).
- Experience with development drawing, BOQ, topography, soil test, etc.
- Able to analyze and supervise the projects completion (time schedule and quality standard).
- Have a good communication skill with clients, team and third party.
- Have skill in negotiation with contractors and buyers.
- Have knowledge about license related to Projects (Deep Well, SLO, PBG/SLF, etc).
- Able to analyze contract prices (structural, architectural & MEP).
- Able to join immediately.
