Now we are looking for a highly motivated, solutions oriented – Cluster Associate Director of Sales - Jakarta Sales Office with exceptional leadership skill, who can inspire our team to achieve their goals and consistently exception at Grand Hyatt Bali.
The goal of the Cluster Associate Director of Sales - Jakarta Sales Office is to position the hotel in the local marketplace through appropriate sales and marketing initiatives and Support Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales to direct and coordinate all event sales activities.
As Associate Director of Sales - Jakarta Sales Office, responsible to assist in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other associates.
As an Associate Director of Sales - Jakarta Sales Office, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Sales and below are some of the key responsibilities:
- Assists with the development and maintenance of a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects policies and procedures work processes and standards of performance within the Division. Ensures annual review to accurately reflect any changes.
- Assists all the sales strategy, tactics, and action implementations, complying with the Smart Selling approaches, in order to create a strong and disciplined sales team, and to achieve the sales goal.
- Monitors and evaluates local, national and international market trends, and the competitor hotels’ sales initiatives, in order to make sure that the hotel’s marketing and sales remain competitive and at the cutting edge.
- Ensure a high level of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation telephone contact and written communications.
- Conduct regular Market Surveys and Competitor Research.
- Efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.
