3. Liaise with all stakeholders, starting from government stakeholders, private entities, and non-governmental organizations to establish good partnership
Qualifications:
1. with 2 - 4 years of relevant corporate experience
2. particularly representing companies through all stages of their life cycle and serving as “outside general counsel,” including day-to-day counseling through direct interactions with senior management
3. Negotiating and advising both issuers and investors with respect to venture capital financings and negotiating strategic transactions and acquisitions.
4. Excellent in English skill (spoken and written)
