What you'll achieve
As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will help provide pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams throughout the sales process, from customer needs analysis to project scoping and solution design.

You will:
• Serve as trusted advisor to customers, partners and teammates by performing effective discovery of technical and business requirements
• Think creatively to design data center solutions that encompass the breadth of the Dell Technologies portfolio
• Have a passion for learning the Dell Technologies data center infrastructure portfolio, competitive offerings, general IT changes and customer and industry trends
• Leverage tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, web conferencing and white boarding

Essential Requirements
• Demonstrated technical aptitude in a field such as engineering, computer science, business, math or applied sciences
• A passion for problem solving and a bias towards innovation
Desirable Requirements
• 0 - 3 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Some experience in relationship selling
