System Engineer

Uraian Tugas

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Hold bachelor degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication;
Excellent written & verbal communication skill;
Min. 3 years experience at Operating System (specially Red Hat Enterprise Linux)
Deep understanding in Operating System Configuration, shell scripting, basic syntax
Deep understanding JBossApplication Server
Mastering PostgreSQL, SQL Server & MySQL Databases (plus point)
Having experience with operating system virtualization (Virtual Box, VMware)
Having experience in application installation and configuration
Having experience in network computing
Having experience created project documentation such as technical specification documents / system configuration guides
Good and effective communication and leadership skills
Proactive, self-learn motivated person, and eager to learn new technologies
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Good interpersonal skills to be able to relate with people or personnel from different units of the company
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance in line with a broad plan, or strategy
