Main Responsibilities

• Ensure distributors have healthy profitability (Distributor Profitability) by analyzing profitability loss tree, prepare plan improvement, and drive recommendations.
• Maintain distributors have regular payment based on its invoice due and not leaving overdue status every month closing (Debtor Management)
• Verify distributors have asset pledged as security for repayment of loan, in case of default situation (Business Collateral)

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

• Candidate must have bachelor's in accounting, Finance or related field.
• Eager to drive business.
• Hard will and persistent.
• Willing to be place around Indonesia.

• Strong capability to work with stakeholders in difference locations to deliver targeted KPIs.
