Main Responsibilities
- Ensure distributors have healthy profitability (Distributor Profitability) by analyzing profitability loss tree, prepare plan improvement, and drive recommendations.
- Maintain distributors have regular payment based on its invoice due and not leaving overdue status every month closing (Debtor Management)
- Verify distributors have asset pledged as security for repayment of loan, in case of default situation (Business Collateral)
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
- Candidate must have bachelor's in accounting, Finance or related field.
- Eager to drive business.
- Hard will and persistent.
- Willing to be place around Indonesia.

- Strong capability to work with stakeholders in difference locations to deliver targeted KPIs.
- Works well under pressure, high sense of urgency and results driven.
