- Monitor & benchmark market and competitors’ situation
- Set marketing strategies to achieve the target of the department
- Ensure the marketing activities’ PDCA cycle including
- Product and campaign development
- Internal approval process
- Communication and advertisement with the target customers
- Analysis, summary and report of the campaign/marketing activities result
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Economics.
- At least 5 years in product planning or sales planning in financial institutes and 2 years of
- experience in Personal Loan business
- Good analytical skill
- Good communicate and writing in English
