Autoliv Production System (Aps) Junior Supervisor

Qualification

• Having good knowledge of the improvement activities
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Minimum 5 years experience as Supervisor/leader
• Must be fluent in English (Writing and Communication)
• Experienced in Toyota Production System / Lean Manufacturing

Job Requirements

1. Promote the Autoliv Production System culture in the production and non-production area.
2. Ensure continuous improvement of the site through Autoliv Production System tools and standards.
3. Support Autoliv Production System events (weekly and monthly)
4. Organize and support the implementation of all Autoliv Production System elements in the site.
5. Organize and facilitate workshops in the site
6. Mentor the achievement of excellent 5S in all departments of the site
7. Provide necessary reporting to the Divisional Autoliv Production System
8. Ensure effective Autoliv Production System compliance and execution
9. Teach and drive Target Conditions throughout the site
10. Assure the distribution of AID procedure is robust and avoid the old version being used.
11. Participate in a team when there's a List of Pending
12. Activity and monitoring
