Automation Project Controller (Contract Based)

Job Description:

• Monitor the project’s progress to ensure that it is progressing according to schedule and budget, while identifying possible problems that may occur in the future.
• Provide regular updates on the status of projects to key stakeholders, including executives and customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all materials are available when needed.
• Monitor action plan which have been completed by the related parties (e.g. sub-contractor or vendor) to response if the problems occur.
• Investigate project variances and submit variance report to management.
• Produce reports related to project actualization (weekly / monthly / final report).

Qualification:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering / Physics Engineering / Instrumentation Physics from a reputable university.
• Have minimum 3 years working experience in industrial Automation Project.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skill.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project.
• Shall be a team player with excellent interpersonal skill.
