Back End Developer

Hi Everyone.

We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join our team at Komerce. As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust and scalable backend solutions. You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Golang Developer and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. You should also have a strong understanding of SDLC, experience working with Scrum Agile framework, and proficiency in working with code versioning tools like Git. Familiarity with RDBMS, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ/Kafka are also essential for this role.

Position: Backend Engineer

Location: Purbalingga (WFA 1 week every 6 weeks)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain efficient backend solutions using Golang.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Implement security and data protection measures.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Troubleshoot and debug production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

- Used to write unit test / or perform code test.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Golang Developer(Fresh Graduate / Under Graduate are welcome to apply)

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Proficiency in RDBMS, such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL, etc.

- Experience working with Scrum Agile framework and tools.

- Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git.

- Good understanding of message brokers such as RabbitMQ/Kafka.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- Willing to work onsite at Purbalingga.

- Experience in developing plugin Wordpress / woocomerce is preferred.
