- Familiar with Training Program and Good Public Speaking
- Reputable University (Grade A)

Job Description :
- To Design and to develop comprehensive training program and gaps on an ongoing basis for Telemarketing Sales Officer (TSO)
- Conduct full coaching session; to Coach TSO for a minimum coaching a week documented
- Focus on Training and coaching TSO team to enhance their skill
- Responsible for TSO recruitment process; from candidate selection, interview session, to onboard the TSO
- Work with the Recruitment Agency to select the best candidate for TSO
- Conduct schedule Role Play session with TSO, individually and/or group session, and ensure the role play comply with script and compulsory question that need to be ask to customers
- Plan, design, and conduct training for Direct Sales Agent and/or Relationship Manager in related with General Insurance Product selling
- Maintaining training records (feedback, assessment, attendance)
- Responsible for the ongoing review on TSO performance and do necessary coaching and training accordingly
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal divisions and insurance partners on Training and Recruitment
