We are seeking a dedicated and skilled System Analyst (.Net / Java) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in tech-engineering tasks to support our technical team's efforts towards achieving the company's business goals.

Job Responsibilities :
- Lead tech-engineering tasks to assist the technical team in meeting the company's business objectives.
- Guide, manage, and train the technical team in system development to enhance product quality.
- Design system architectures to improve product efficiency, availability, scalability, flexibility, functionality, and usability.
- Possess a deep understanding of software architecture, operating systems, and networking principles.
- Collaborate with the technical team to establish benchmarks, standardizations, technical specifications, and other mechanisms for non-functional requirements.
- Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Create tools and resources to help the team work more efficiently and effectively.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related field, with at least 2 years prior experience as a software developer / engineer / programmer.
- Proficiency in planning, architecting, designing, estimating, and executing to ensure successful software development delivery to customers.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide team members and ensure completion of tasks in alignment with business needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
- Deep knowledge of information technology, software development, and distributed frameworks, with enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a highly adaptive environment.
- Familiarity with GIT, CI-CD, virtualization and containerization technologies, and proficiency in using issue tracking tools.
- Understanding of Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework.
