• Ensure to control all banquet events, manage the team and allocate responsibilities to the team.
• Train and develop the banquet team and follow SOP
• Work closely with the sales and kitchen teams to ensure that revenues and guest satisfaction
• Direct and maintain the safety and sanitation of all areas in meeting rooms and ballrooms
Work Experience
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Banquet Operation Manager
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
