SummaryYou will be responsible to assist an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. Bell Team Leader are leading in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It's important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features.QualificationsIdeally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good customer service, communications, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Well versed with Opera, Microsoft Office as well as other system related and reports.
