Job Summary
As a Sales MerchandiserTeam Leader for a newly launched product, your objective are setting goals, devising sales strategies, evaluating sales mobile team performance, assigning tasks, as well as providing support and corrective measures for any concerns. You will work closely with the founders to identify, establish partnerships and build trust with our distribution partners. An ideal candidate would be someone who has experience in B2B Sales, has excellent sales skill, strong business sense, analytical skill, is target-oriented, and excellent at building trust with partners.
As we are an early stage start-up, we are looking for someone who can hustle, has can-do attitude, is a good team player, and flexible to help out as new needs arise.
Responsibility:
- Overseeing the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies
- Creating eye-catching store layouts that showcase the brand and aesthetic of the company
- Evaluating sales mobile team performance
- Tracking inventory movement and systematically introducing promotions, sales, price changes, etc
- Identifying trends and monitoring supply and demand
- Collaborating with Account Manager to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas
- Interpreting sales reports and providing guidance on how to improve figures and customer engagement
Qualification:
- Min. 3-5 years in Sales & Merchandiser for Market Trade, Market Trade Independent, Baby Shop
- Professional. Trustworthy. Able to build trust with partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must be creative and detail-orientated
- Great time management skill: able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
- Has interest in Food Industry or similar products
- WFO : Office is in Kedoya, Jakarta Barat
- Ideally have own transportation to conduct routine sales visits
