Responsibilities:
- Identify process measurements especially for Desk collection
- Create performance management system
- Plan and collect data form QC Desk
- Monitor performance QC Desk
- Develop dashboards
- Manage to review and analysis data from QC Desk
- Support process management framework and methodology
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (Any field)
- Having experience as Team LeaderQuality Control Desk Collection or Supervisor at least for 2 years
- Good knowledge in Collection
- Have experience work in financial service company will be a good addition
- Able to use English both speaking and written
- Willing to be placed in Slipi
