A. Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or other related field
- 5 years experience as a Sales Team Leader
- Good analytical and business planning skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Fluent in English verbal and written is mandatory
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Passionate about learning new technologies
- Having experience working in an enterprise IT company would be preferred
B. Responsibilities :
1. Develop plan & strategies to achieve Sales Team target
2. Motivating and coaching the Sales Team to ensure they perform at their best and reach their full potential.
3. Monitoring sales performance: Track and analyze sales data using CRM system to identify areas where Sales Team can improve and implement strategies to increase sales.
4. Building relationships with clients. Work with clients to develop and maintain positive relationships, identify their needs, and provide solutions to meet those needs.
5. Report to manager on Sales Team performance, team progress, and any challenges or opportunities that arise
