Your 'day to day'
As Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst – Commercial Ecosystem, you will have the opportunity to facilitate and catalyze data-driven decision making for business.
You will drive the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to enable business intelligence and reporting for monitoring business activities, in addition to supporting the growth and sustainability of our digital ecosystem. As BI Analyst, you will spend time:

• Understanding the business problems, discovering new initiatives that will support the business.
• Collaborating to gather and build requirements with other stakeholders as well as act as a tech/data consultant in advocating transformation through data-driven digital solutions.
• Mining, processing, and integrating big data sets from multiple data sources, including internal data platform and external sources.
• Build reporting and BI solutions to serve business activities.
• Establishing and maintaining single source of truth for reporting, in addition to being the guardian of our key metrics, feature trackers and other performance measurement tools.

Besides working in a Team with a strong passion to deliver, innovate and grow; you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including but not limited to business stakeholders, data engineering, and IT teams.
Who we're looking for

• Bachelor degree holder (S1) from Computer Science or other related majors
• Have at least 2 years of experience working with data & technology
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal

It will help your journey if you have the followings:

• Proficient in business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Cognos, MS. Excel.
• Understanding of data analytics, data modeling and knowledge of statistical methods.
• Have a strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Have analytical mindset and able to translate business requirements to technical implementation.
