Biogas Supervisor

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum education of D3 in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience handling Biogas Plants.
• Knowledge of Gas Engine Generators.
• Familiarity with the maintenance processes of engines, pumps, agitators, boilers, electrical panels, and PLCs.
• Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office and generating related reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
• Capability in planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of civil engineering is an added value.
• Proficiency in operating AutoCAD software is an added value.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing HSE within the organizational unit related to the tasks and responsibilities of their job function
• Conducting Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and its controls related to job functions and communicating them to superiors.
• Conducting and participating in the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) for the Biogas Plant.
• Responsible for the operational aspects of the Biogas Plant.
• Supervising operators to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Planning maintenance for the biogas plant and conducting equipment damage analysis.
• Preparing monthly reports on operational and maintenance activities.
• Creating daily log sheets, monthly operational reports.
• Preparing monthly and annual budgets and monitoring budget utilization.
