Qualifications & experience
- Minimum education of D3 in Electrical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience handling Biogas Plants.
- Knowledge of Gas Engine Generators.
- Familiarity with the maintenance processes of engines, pumps, agitators, boilers, electrical panels, and PLCs.
- Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office and generating related reports.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
- Capability in planning and scheduling.
- Knowledge of civil engineering is an added value.
- Proficiency in operating AutoCAD software is an added value.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing HSE within the organizational unit related to the tasks and responsibilities of their job function
- Conducting Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and its controls related to job functions and communicating them to superiors.
- Conducting and participating in the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) for the Biogas Plant.
- Responsible for the operational aspects of the Biogas Plant.
- Supervising operators to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Planning maintenance for the biogas plant and conducting equipment damage analysis.
- Preparing monthly reports on operational and maintenance activities.
- Creating daily log sheets, monthly operational reports.
- Preparing monthly and annual budgets and monitoring budget utilization.
