1. Responsible for sales targets (achievement - Sell in and focus on Sell Out) and increasing sales
2. Build good communication relationships with all Distributor sales teams and maintain marketing networks with all potential markets in the region.
3. Evaluate team performance and Distributor sales targets
4. Make regular visits to shops at a minimum of 4 shops / outlets per day (including car dealers & Modern trade if any).
Objective :
4.1. Maintain good relationships with stores.
4.2. Increase sales / in store share.
4.3. Monitor store developments.
4.4. Get information about market & competitor's situation.
4.5. Explain the program and monitor its achievements.
4.6. Give short on-site training for shop members ( Product & how to sell ).
4.6. Get Orders from Stores, to be forwarded to Distributor.
5. Looking for new prospects / customers to strengthen / stabilize sales.
6. Provide quick information to superiors regarding market developments / competitor activities.
7. Make reports and send to superiors / Management (Daily, weekly & Monthly).
Requirement :
- Bachelor of any major
- Maximum 30 years old
- Having experience in sales
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Experience in processing data related to the use of MS Excel formulas with various variation of data
- Ability to operate Ms Excel & Power Point.
- Good in English
- Strong in logic calculation
- Good communication & computer skill
