Job Description:

• Achieve store's sales target
• Lead team members
• Manage the selling strategy and promotion
• Analytical analysis and Managerial leadership
• Retail management

Requirements:

• Minimal S1 graduate from any major
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in the related field (retail, hospitality, bank, etc)
• Interested in the fashion and jewellery industry
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Managers specializing in Sales-Retail/General or equivalent.
• Data-oriented
• Have good communication skills, selling skills, creative thinking, good at customer service, and target-oriented
• Active in English and Mandarin would be an advantage
• Willing to work in shifting hours (Mall operating hours. Including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday, 1 day off on weekdays)
• To be placed in Medan
