  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
  • Communicating with outsource to help them understand job details and progress, and answering any questions they may have
  • Managing internal stakeholder and outsource to ensure that jobs are completed on time
  • Develop and manage relationships with outsource, ensuring they are meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Providing information about data or industry trends to help improve efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinating with people team to hire new staff members or terminate existing employees as needed
  • Conducting performance evaluations of outsource to ensure they are meeting company standards
  • Monitoring and negotiate service level agreements
  • Manage outsource invoicing in accordance with company policy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles
  • Proven experience managing outsourced vendors and service providers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Thorough knowledge of employment law
