- Work with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
- Communicating with outsource to help them understand job details and progress, and answering any questions they may have
- Managing internal stakeholder and outsource to ensure that jobs are completed on time
- Develop and manage relationships with outsource, ensuring they are meeting or exceeding expectations
- Providing information about data or industry trends to help improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinating with people team to hire new staff members or terminate existing employees as needed
- Conducting performance evaluations of outsource to ensure they are meeting company standards
- Monitoring and negotiate service level agreements
- Manage outsource invoicing in accordance with company policy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles
- Proven experience managing outsourced vendors and service providers
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
- Thorough knowledge of employment law
