• Age max 30 Years Old
• Bachelor Degree of any major
• Experienced as Supervisor minimum 2 years from Multifinance Company
• Preferably Graduated form Development Program (MT/MDP/Officer) in current company
• Have Good Leadership & Network
• Good Analytical Thinking and Communication
• Good mastery of MS Office
• Willing to be placed throughout the Area/Regional in Sumatera
• Willing to undergo a series of development program and a service bond for 3 years
