Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and produce compelling visual and written content for Lion Parcel's brand marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Uphold and adhere to brand guidelines while infusing creativity and innovation into content creation, ensuring consistency and resonance with the brand identity.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality materials that align with the marketing strategy.
- Analyze relevant data to measure the effectiveness of Brand Content, providing insights for continuous improvement and optimization of future campaigns.
- Contribute to the overall success of Lion Parcel's marketing efforts by actively participating in brainstorming sessions, staying updated on industry trends, and bringing fresh ideas to elevate the brand's creative presence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields. Preferably someone from the agency taking care of both the creative and strategic sides.
- Minimum 1 year in leading a team.
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective brand marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Strong written and visual communication skills with the ability to maintain brand voice and tone
- Experience in analyzing data and using insights to inform content creation and strategy
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Experience in managing projects, both independently and through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Capable of adapting to changes and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be placed in our HQ in Kedoya, West Jakarta and follow our recruitment processes offline.
