Job Description:
- Study and research current marketing, content, and webtoon trends
- Ideate and share thoughts/opinions about new creative marketing approach
- Make creative content plans with ad captions for digital ad materials using webtoon content
- Co-operate with Design team for optimizing and improving the quality of the digital ad materials
- Execute the contents process (Directing/shooting Tiktok/reels Video)
- Research and contact possible vendors to carry out offline marketing such as billboards, PR, etc
- Research and contact possible partnership companies to carry out co-marketing with other brands
- Contact and communicate with possible influencers to carry out influencer marketing to promote specific webtoon content
- Able to manage a complex project and multi-task
- Have a good interest with webtoon content
- Have knowledge using Google Suite programs (Google Slide, Google Sheets, Drive, etc)
- Passionate and up-to-date with current marketing trends
- Have experience in planning social media and/or ad content
- Have experience using social media, an especially video-based platforms such as Tiktok, Reels, and Youtube Shorts
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to collaborate and well communicate with other team members
- Able to pay attention to details, notice small mistakes, and can deliver high quality, accurate work
- Able to be creative and think out of the box
- Have a good copy writing skills
- Have experience in executing online and offline marketing events
- Have a proven Minimal 1 year of work experience as a Marketing Planner or similar role
