Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2.Over three years of sales management experience with strong market analysis and judgment skills.
3.Familiar with sales processes and sales management, possessing excellent negotiation skills and customer communication abilities.
4.Passionate about sales work, with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
5.Strong team leadership skills to inspire team members to achieve sales targets.
6.Proficient in planning, organizing, coordinating, and problem-solving, with strong leadership abilities.
7. Ideally fluent in Chinese, English and Indonesian.
