Job Responsibilities:
- Work as a key member of an Office Marketing and Leasing team, to identify, engage, and successfully secure key multinational clients seeking premium office space in Central Jakarta.
- Assess client needs and propose ideal and creative solutions to those needs, while maximizing business performance and results.
- Prepare and present client presentations, proposals, financial calculations; conduct ease negotiations and renewals.
- Conduct ongoing in-depth research and develop a strong knowledge of local office market trends, activity, performance, and practices, and report your findings to team members.
- Develop and maintain ongoing strong client relationships.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of Office Leasing as Landlord or Agent.
- Language: Bahasa and Business Level for English.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of local real estate laws, standards, and market practices.
- Proactively develop and implement strategies to achieve objectives, rather than just waiting for instructions.
- Having good business manner.
- Having basic technical knowledge about building.
- Tenant relation experience in office building.
- Willing to involve in other building operation matters.
- Business level skill Japanese.
