Job description:
- Review, conduct and analysis and calculation, prepare the brand strategies for brands
- Prepare product marketing plan, propose detail marketing plan
- Plan and prepare above and below the line marketing campaigns for brands
- Monitor and control all spending related to marketing activity
- Prepare and execute all steps and process related with pruning, deletion, L & RL of products
-Develop product messaging that differentiates products from others in the market
-Speak and present about products to both external and internal audience
-Research competitor activity regarding product promotion and campaign
-Identify and create product's unique selling proposition and differentiations to win the market
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communication / other related field
- Min 1 - 2 years of experiences in brand in personal care or skincare Company
- Excellent understanding of social media management, data analysis, and branding
- Strong understanding of brand development principles and strategic marketing concepts.
- Motivated, energetic, creative, detail oriented, and good communication skill
