- The working venue is in Tangerang.
- Our client is a Japanese FMCG company. Currently, they are looking for Brand Marketing Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with Japanese marketing team and manage our brand (Social Media & Youtube).
- Create POSM design and consider the marketing activity.
- Coordinate with marketing agency to proceed the each marketing projects.
- Making strategy to make indirect sales through other channel like E-commerce site.
- Updating the better website.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor's degree.
- Business level of English.
- 5 years of working experience as Marketing Manager or Assistant Manager for FMCG products.
- Experience for creating POSM design.
- Know how to manage social media.
- Ready to go on max 2-3 times a month travel in Nationwide.
- Independent and good interpersonal skill to manage themselves.
- Ability to make an efficient monthly plan and execute it.
- Good communication skill and attitude to manage multi distributors.
- Make priority on what to do next.
- Reporting to superior about day-to-day work and what will be done by PDCA cycle.
- Ability to find out execute "Key" to improve current situation and increase the sales.
- Experience for working in Japanese company.
- Experience as a sales person independent and business process oriented.
- Experience as Key Account Manager.
