Budget Activities

• Prepare budget proforma and budget quota for all business unit/divisions

• Collect budget proposal from all business unit/divisions and conduct checking on the budget proposal

• Conduct updating approved budget on budget System

• Execute and implement various departmental program 

• Conduct cost controlling process to the submitted budget from all business unit / division

• Conduct updating budget realization for all business unit / division

Budget Reporting

• Prepare budget report & budget deviation periodically

• Prepare budget report for financial highlight quarterly

• Perform other tasks as instructed by direct supervisor

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) 

• Minimum 2 years of working experience

• Possess basic knowledge of accounting budgeting and financial reporting
