Budget Activities
- Prepare budget proforma and budget quota for all business unit / divisions
- Collect budget proposal from all business unit / divisions and conduct checking on the budget proposal
- Conduct updating approved budget on budget System
- Execute and implement various departmental program
- Conduct cost controlling process to the submitted budget from all business unit / division
- Conduct updating budget realization for all business unit / division
Budget Reporting
- Prepare budget report & budget deviation periodically
- Prepare budget report for financial highlight quarterly
- Perform other tasks as instructed by direct supervisor
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Possess basic knowledge of accounting budgeting and financial reporting
