Bentuk pekerjaan- Supervise daily activity for all construction works (building residential area) at project site and adhere to document control procedure.
- Coordinate and monitor Contractor activities at project site.
- Maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practice.
- Ensure that all work carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedure, work instructions, etc.
- Carry out inspections and tests as per inspection and test plan and use all quality control mechanisms in the quality management system. Result of such to conform to specification.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superordinate.
- Make project report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) for report to the superordinate.
Qalifications :
- D3/S1 Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years experiences in Construction Project.
- Age 25-35 years old.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, & problems solving skills.
- Computer literates (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCad, etc).
- Candidates with Air-Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing experience and background is a plus.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Hard worker & able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and able to work in a team.
- Well organized, fast, efficient and creative.
- Full of independent with pleasant personality, mature, attention to detail and integrity.
- Willing to work at Kota Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi Regency
