The Job

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team

You will be responsible for:

• Working with external stakeholders on product design, planning, and product roadmap drawing
• Preparing and leading requirement-gathering workshops with clients
• Full product life cycle management, working closely with engineering teams to drive product development.
• Working on business teams and individual users’ feedback to explore the best product fit to deliver the best business results
• Analyzing data models and IT landscapes from a global perspective to be able to discuss integrations and dependencies with the tech lead
• Engaging with stakeholders (internal and external) to specify requirements
• Breaking down the specifications of the requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria and updating these in collaboration tools e.g. JIRA and Confluence
• Leading the refinement sessions to discuss and optimize user stories
• During development sprints, being closely involved with the team to answer any questions
• You will be required to have product knowledge to be able to make decisions on the product features
• Work together with testers and business owners to prepare User Acceptance Testing

The Profile

• You have at least 4 years' experience in a product manager/ business analyst role in the Sustainability, Sustainability Tech, Finance, Fintech, Insuretech or similar industries
• Experience in ESG space is preferred
• You are knowledgeable or well-versed in Software development, data modeling, APIs
• You have worked in an Agile/Scrum environment
• High speed E2E software development experience is required
• You are able to thrive in joint project management environment and keeping projects on time and in budget within tight timelines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are a must
• You are self-driven, capable of navigating in fast paced & high growth situations with uncertainties
• You also have strong analytical abilities with great attention to detail
• You are capable of working with both development and commercial teams
