Business Controller (Finance Accounting Reporting)

Job Summary

• Working Capital, forecasting and realizing cash outflows for CAPEX in accordance with the payment terms in the contract.
• Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, making monthly performance reports realization figures, budgets and forecasts on a monthly basis. 
• Prepare annual budget
• Responsible for controlling costs related to vessel operating expenses, crewing expenses, docking, ensuring supplies and requests for spare parts purchases in accordance with predetermined standards, making monthly analysis of ship expenses, monitoring and reviewing the budget per vessel. 
• Responsible for ensuring revenue is billed as agreed in the contract, controlling cost, forecasting for revenue and expenses to assist management in decision making.
• Responsible for managing company asset data, ensuring assets are operated efficiently, reviewing visibility request for strategic asset and providing information related to assets to help management in decision making.
