Finance And Accounting Manager (Business Control)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor cash flow projections and manage liquidity to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Optimize working capital management through effective receivables and payables management.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash flow efficiency and minimize financial risks.

Investment Analysis and Capital Allocation:

• Evaluate investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital expenditures, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to assess potential returns and risks.
• Recommend capital allocation strategies to maximize shareholder value and support business growth.

Cost Management and Efficiency Improvement:

• Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities to reduce expenses and improve profitability.
• Implement cost control measures and monitor performance against budgeted targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team of finance professionals.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya (Head Office)
