Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow projections and manage liquidity to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Optimize working capital management through effective receivables and payables management.
- Identify opportunities to improve cash flow efficiency and minimize financial risks.
Investment Analysis and Capital Allocation:
- Evaluate investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital expenditures, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to assess potential returns and risks.
- Recommend capital allocation strategies to maximize shareholder value and support business growth.
Cost Management and Efficiency Improvement:
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities to reduce expenses and improve profitability.
- Implement cost control measures and monitor performance against budgeted targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team of finance professionals.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and provide actionable insights to senior management.
