Description
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying and establishing relationships with key clients in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe), gym, and hospital sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients within the HORECA, gym, and hospital segments, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with Key Accounts, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to enhance our market positioning.
- Conduct negotiations with clients, finalize contracts, and ensure adherence to mutually agreed terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Key Account Manager role within the FMCG industry, with a focus on savoury foods.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing clients in the HORECA, gym, and hospital sectors.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve common goals.
- Position based in Surabaya, Indonesia.
