Job Description
- Do strategic partner acquisition
- Research and identify potential strategic partner for Talentics
- Initiate, pursue, and maintain strategic relationship, including business prospects with potential partners
- Introduce or present Talentics brand to potential partners
- Do strategic partnerutilization
- Manage key existing accounts and assist partners
- Conduct and/or facilitate product knowledge session to partners and their client
- Work with other team members to structure new partnership proposals, develop implementation plans and close deals
- Work with different Business Units within the Semesta Integrasi Digital Group (e.g., Karier.mu, Sekolah.mu, Sekolah Murid Merdeka) to deliver cross-selling program as the partner/client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or Psychology or similar degree to understand complex and online assessments/talent analytics business dynamics
- Living in Jabodetabek area for hybrid working arrangement or willing to relocate to Jakarta
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in partnership or Business Development, particularly handling B2B partners
- Extensive professional HR or people development network to tap into partnership opportunities
- Proven track record of successful partnership management
- Fluent in professional English
- Goal-focused mindset with a track record of achievement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Able to work hybrid (offsite location: GoWork Pacific Place) and attend offline meetings with partners and clients
- Able to travel out of town for work purposes
