Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with all the products and services offered by our company.
- Search for new sales opportunities and channels to attract new customers.
- Build trustful relations with the target audience.
- Develop your personal branding on LinkedIn.
- Generate demand by working with your social networks and proactively reaching potential customers.
- Proactively cooperate with the marketing department in all demand and lead generation activities.
- Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase our products.
- Lead negotiation process, pitch proposals, and close the deals with potential and existing clients.
- Hold Demo sessions for potential clients.
- Conduct an engagement cycle from the first contact to the contract signing.
- Orchestrate any pre-contract and contract signings.
- Engage a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in communications with potential clients in the late stages of the sales cycle.
- Ensure a smooth transition to a CSM after closing the deal.
- Support a CSM on the stage of onboarding the customer.
- Be a consultant for a client in all related business matters.
