Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide product information to Architects, Interior Designers, Main Contractors to specify our range of product for their projects, develop new business opportunities and create brand awareness in the industry
  • Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide product or service information.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
  • Follow the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate terms to secure sales.
  • Set and achieve sales targets as outlined by the sales management team.
  • Continuously work towards exceeding personal and team sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the indoor sales team to share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
Job Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in Interior Finish Products, building materials and construction industry would be an advantage
  • Candidates with prior experience in dealing with Interior Designers, Architects, Property Developers are welcomed
  • Independent, Dynamic, Performance Driven, Self- Motivated, Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management ( RM) software.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
