Business Development Section Head

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred. 
• Min. 2 years experience as Product Development or Business Development executive (Experience in pawn industry, banking, leasing, and financial services is preferred). 
• Experience to design and implement a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets. 
• Experience to develop distribution channel strategy. 
• Experience to handle branch performance development. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. 
• Strong leadership skill with a successful track record of developing people and spotting team members. 
• Has the ability and skill set to train, motivate and empower a large team's sales. 
• Highly motivated, data oriented, and fast learner. 
• Willing to work at Head Office East Jakarta.
