Job description:
- Designing curriculum as well as upgrading the administrator / user manuals of the One System*, including its CRM System.
- Conducting training for all of the users, from office principal, local administrators and end users.
- Advocating IT strategies within the organization.
- Conduct presentations in corporate events with large crowds.
- Help with events within the IT scopes.
- Gather user feedback and help as tester of new apps.
Qualifications:
- Tech Savvy and willing to learn more about current and upcoming digital trends
- Comfortable do training and presentation, online and offline
- Willing to mobile to Ray White Offices within the region 2 (Central Java to Bali)
- Able to communicate in English
- Having a sense of customer service
- Good with troubleshooting
- Willing to be placed at Surabaya, East Java
