Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with users and relevant departments and divisions to understand needs and translate them into standard company documents.
- Creating designs and updating documents or Business Processes according to applicable standards to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documenting company documents and ensuring user access is available appropriately.
- Executing post-implementation reviews (PIR) on published company documents as a form of evaluation and future improvement
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Process Management.
- Experience in Business Processes and operational management.
- Experience in creating and managing documents such as policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision.
- Knowledge of applicable business regulations and policy requirements.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a team
