Business Process Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best practices and strategies for continuous Business Process improvements
• Focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals
• Coordinate with cross-functional team to develop Business Process requirements
• Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and schedule to implement Business Process improvements
• Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of Business Process improvement initiatives
• Assist in making business decisions relating to system implementation, modification, maintenance, etc
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align system setup with optimized Business Processes and ensure both business and system suitability
• Ensure that Business Process outcomes are in harmony with an organization’s strategic goals
• Support the implementation of changes
• Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Process improvement or management in a related industry
• Possesses the ability to benchmark and analyze various Business Processes
• Ability to understand Business Processes holistically and systematically and identify linkages relationships between various processes and functions
• Possesses knowledge of Business Process modeling, UI/UX modeling, data modeling, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and system architecture
• Experience in Business Process mapping and modeling using BPMN
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean are point plus
• Business acumen
