As the Business Unit Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of one of the key Business Units. You will lead a team of professionals, manage operations, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve strategic goals and deliver exceptional results. This role requires a strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for the sports industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, profitability, and market share for the assigned Business Unit.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business development and ensure customer satisfaction.
