Job Description
As the Business Unit Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of one of the key Business Units. You will lead a team of professionals, manage operations, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve strategic goals and deliver exceptional results. This role requires a strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for the sports industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, profitability, and market share for the assigned Business Unit.Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets.Collaborate with the product development team to identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for product innovation.Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business development and ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.Drive operational efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize resources to maximize productivity and profitability.Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, financial results, and growth opportunities. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the footwear industry.Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.Excellent leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and implement effective strategies.Proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
