Job Description

As the Business Unit Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of one of the key Business Units. You will lead a team of professionals, manage operations, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve strategic goals and deliver exceptional results. This role requires a strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for the sports industry.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, profitability, and market share for the assigned Business Unit.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business development and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Drive operational efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize resources to maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, financial results, and growth opportunities. The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the footwear industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and implement effective strategies.
