Role Description:
We are recruiting individuals who can commit to shifts primarily in the overnight or even very Early Morning. A strong proficiency in English is required to ensure effective communication with our customers who are based in Australia and New Zealand. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers through phone calls.
- Inputting ride information received from emails and texts.
- Ensuring our data is accurate and current.
Skills Needed:
- Effective communication in English, both written and spoken.
- Competency with computers and typing.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and make informed decisions.
About You: You are dedicated, attentive to details, and possess strong communication skills. You are able to adapt quickly and thrive in a team environment. Previous experience in a Call Center or in a customer service role would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
